Reservation and payment
The reservation must be made by an adult (over 18). If the guests are minors, a guardian’s written consent is required before the reservation is accepted. Reservations can be made by phone or email. An email confirmation is sent for all reservations made by email, and upon request for reservations made by phone.
Payment method is agreed at the time of reservation. You can pay by invoice in advance or on arrival. If paying on arrival, we can only accept cash, as we do not have a card terminal.
Cancellation
The reservation can be cancelled without charge no later than 21 days before arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 21 days before, a cancellation charge of 20% of the total reservation will apply. Uncancelled reservations will incur the full charge.
Arrival and departure
Key collection can be arranged according to your preferences.
The guest has exclusive use of the cabin from 4pm on the arrival day until 12 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
The reservation is for the number of people specified at the time of reservation, and additional guests are not permitted.
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement, and their stay is subject to the surcharge specified in the price list.
The use of a tent, caravan or mobile home on site must be agreed in advance and incurs a surcharge.
The rental price includes duvets, pillows, cookware and dinnerware, dishwashing supplies, toilet & kitchen roll and firewood. Guests have access to a boat, life jackets, fishing rods (hook and line), a fish trap, playground, barbecue hut, fish smoker, bicycles (summer) and kicksleds (winter).
Guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or request our sets for an additional charge. The charge is specified in the price list.
The site has a smoke sauna, which can be heated for you upon your request.
The guest is responsible for cleaning during the stay and on departure, unless otherwise agreed. Interim cleaning and cleaning on departure can be organised for a surcharge. The charges are specified in the price list.
The guest is liable for any damage they or their guests cause to the property.
